But they found environmental friendly airport, so they decided to built air port that is second air port in their nation. The airport will builted perfectly by 2030. The authorities see that this airport can solve trafic congestiong problem.
In Seoul, we has a airport. But it is so small and has many traffic problem. So I think we have to make new airport. I hope that we make environmental friendly airport. Although environmental friendly airport is needed a lot of money, it is helpful in brode sight.

BBC ESL - Time prepositions

I entered BBC ESL and studied about time prepositions. Time preposition's rule is this:

At-for times of the day
On-for days and dates
In-for longer periods of time
No preposition-for some time words

I'm tried to remember its ruld and answered the quiz. I chose 7 right answer and 3 wrong answer. a quiz is this:

Dima : What did you do at the weekend?

Helen :  I had a really busy time, not like (no preposition) last

weekend when I didn't do anything at all. On Saturday, I got up at

7:30 and went to the airport to meet my aunt. In the afternoon we
                                                       for longer periods of time
went to a concert in the park. Then, in the evening we had a little
                                                  for longer periods of time
party for her. So the guests started arriving at 8ish and some were
I didn't know what 'ish' means. It means 'about'->for times of the day
still there at midnight!

Dima : Sounds like you had a great time!

Helen : Yes but I'm already looking forward to (no preposition)

next weekend just so I can have a quiet time on Saturday and

Sunday!

I thought I chose all right answer. But I couldn't know about time prepositions perfectly. Now, I'm certain that I know about time prepositions perfectly!

Preparing G-mate : Advantages and Disadvantage of Fast Food

Nowadays, people are so busy. So people eat fast food as a meal. I think it has many advantages. First, we can eat very fast. So it is very useful as a breakfast or lunch. Second, we can find it anywhere. Fast food reastaurant is general, so we can but it anywhere. Last, we can find whenever. Most fast food restaurants open 24 hours, so we can buy it everytime. But it has many disadvantages. First, It isn't good at our health. Fresh food's nutrition is better than fast foods. It has a lot of fat, salt, sugar. Second, It has high calories, so it is not good at lose weights.  I think fast food isn't good although it has some advantages. So I recommend to eat fresh foods.

BBC ESL-Word master

I studied words at BBC ESL. It has three levels and I chose medium first. I think I can answer midium levet, but I can't. It is hard to think a word as a English than I think. So I chose easy level and I can answer. Sometimes I didn't know the answer, then, I clicked 'definition of the word'. So I finished easy level! I think it is easy to answer what 'apple' is. But it is difficult to answer what 'red fruit that has a lot of vitamin C'. Do you agree with me?

BBC ESL-Words in news

I read a News at BBC ESL. This article's title is 'Clean money for New Year'. In china, parents give their children new, fresh money at the start of new year. So before new year, cihnese banks are busy because they have to exchange money to their customers. It became one of the tradition to give new money at new year, but it is inconvenient. In Taiwan, they restriect to exchange money. But their parents doesn't give up, so taiwan's bank is in inconvenient. So they use 'money laundry' that is use special chemicals. Then, Taiwan's parents can give new, cleaner money to their parents in new holiday.

Korean has same traditions in Chuseok or New holiday. I want to learn how to clean the money.

BBC ESL-Definite articles

Last clss, I really don't know about articles. I know what 'articles' means, but I can't use right articles in sentences. So I entered BBC ESL and studied. The paragraph is..

The country I'd most like to visit is India. I'd to take a train ride
only one thing                                                       first time to tell
down the western coast and a boat trip along the Yamuna River. Of
only one thing        first time to tell         before special noun
course, I'd visit the Taj-Mahal, it's probably the most famous
                                                                     superatives
building in the whole country. I'd like to go there with my family.
                only one thing
My partner and I have 3 children-2 girls and a boy and I'd love the
first time to tell     refer second time
children to see and experience India while they're still young.

I answered all right articles! I'm very happy. It's useful to me.

BBC ESL-to, for, so that

I take the challenge to, for, so that. I had 6 right answers, and I had 2 mistakes.

The right answer is..

I bought a lovely new dress-to wear to the party.
David worked really hard-to pass the final exam.
I gave my teacher a big bunch of flowers-to say 'Thank you'.
I got up early-so that I could be first in the queue when the shop opened.
My son won a prize at school-for painting the best picture.
I ordered an extra loaf of bread-so that we'll have enough for the weekend.

And The wrong answer is..
-A small notebook is useful-for making important parts of documents.(X)
A small notebook is useful-for writing down new vocabulary.(O)

-Highlighter pens are great-for writing down new vocabulary.(X)
Highlighter pens are great-for making important parts of documents(O)
↑I think it is more make sense. It is more logical.

And I acknowledged that preposition 'to' always needs verb or verb+~ing

BBC ESL-Words in the News

I read a article that is 'New law targets fast-food toys'. This article says Sanfrancisco will ban to give toys when some children buy a fast food. Because 20% of American children is obesity. So San Francisco decided banning to give toys with fast-food. And they decided to give toys with nutrious foods. I think this decision is very good method to decrease children's obesity because they like toys, so they will choose nutrious foods for getting toys. This law is needed in Korea.

I learned the meaning of 'nutritional guidelines'. This means recommendation for healthy eating. And 'self-regulate' means monitor and control themselves.

BBC ESL-Plurals, simple passive

I studied plurals. I answered crosswords.
The plural of
woman-women
wolf-wolves
photo-photoes
mouse-mice
butterfly-butterflies
bus-buses
child-children
tooth-teeth

I think it is so easy, but sometimes we can't use right plural when we make a sentence.

After that, I studied simple passive. There are 8 sentences, and I answered 6 right answer. This 6 sentences are..
-Romeo and Juliet was written by William Shakespear.
(Romeo and Juliet is the name of book. So it is singular.)
-These windows are cleaned every morning.
-Smoking is not allowed in this office.
-The post is delivered every morning.
-There are no newspapers left. The last one was sold five minutes age.

And I answered wrong sentences are..
-A bunch of flowers and a cheque forr $10,000 were presented to the winner.
-Five lucky winners were chosen at random.

So fun!

BBC ESL

Today, I studied Agreement with auxiliaries. We have to think signal agreement Yes/No, pronounce, and auxiliary. I answered this

We should try to get 8 hours' sleep every night.
-Yes, we should.
Those oranges weren't very good.
-No, they weren't.
This won't take too long.
-No, it won't
I've always been good at cooking.
-Yes, you've. (X)
-Yes, you have. (O)
Because we don't usually use short forms in short answer.

I feel  BBC ESL Quizes as a game..not study. It is fun more than I think.
