I feel really bad and my clothes are not fited.
So I decided to lose my weight.
Nowadays I exercise 1 hour in a day.
And I try to eat vegetables, to avoid breads, ice creams.
And today, I go to Group exercise.
I regester the gym near by may home.
Group exercise is called GX that means many people exercise together with dancing music.
I really want to got skiny body!!! like her!!
